"It is a safe and small community . It’s an up and coming community with hidden gems and necessities."
  • Nelson099
"I have lived in this neighborhood for four years and so far everything looks good hopping it keeps this way forever. "
  • Jemrodriguez
"There are many families in this neighborhood, many who’ve been here for many generations and young families who choose to start off here. Public schools are OK. Some teachers in the middle school are better than others. HS is what kids make of it as there is an honors program and recent graduates have been accepted to a breadth of colleges and universities from SUNY to UCLA, West Point, Harvard, Georgetown, Brown, and others. EUFSD has the potential to continue to grow and improve with increased parental engagement and advocacy. "
  • Nathalie M.
"Great neighborhood to raise a family. There are 3 local parks and they are well maintained and there is a pool and two spray parks. "
  • Kahlil G.
"Greenburgh schools suck. Like really bad. Don’t find out the hard way. It’s just not the place for little kids to get a good education. "

"Close to white plains and important roads including I287 and 87. The community is full of young people, couples or young families. Not so good school district. "

"Elmsford is a great area. While it does not have a bustling downtown area, it is right in the middle of three towns with distinctly different personalities (Tarrytown, Irvington & White Plains), and near enough that you can get to the city quickly"
