    "It's walking distance to Lake Erie. Edgewater Beach is 0.2 miles from my house. In the summer it's a great time. Every Thursday there's Edgewater Live. They have concerts and food trucks on the beach."

We have lots of restaurants and unique shops as well as Edgewater Park and Gordon Park art district. Neighbors are friendly and care about each other. Bike friendly and on Cleveland State bus line. Close to Rapid Station. Great place to live."
