  • Misty B.
"Lots of dog walkers in the neighborhood! People seem to be respectful of other’s yards and pick up their dog poop. We haven’t had issues with anyone’s dogs yet! "
  • Laurenwalsh16
"Great neighborhood! Lots of young families, kids all play together. Close to Owen park and the children’s science museum on Edison and Denver. Old houses with lots of character"
  • Philip h.
"This area was Tulsa's first subdivision. Originally it featured trolley cars to downtown. Many of Tulsa's prominent people lived here first. The area has enjoyed a resurgence of popularity since 2005 with the new nightlife and accomodations in the Brady District of downtown Tulsa. Nearby is historic Owen Park that contains Tulsa's oldest home on display. The neighborhood is on the National List of Historic Neighborhoods. Many new young people, both single and married with children are moving into the area. It is one of the most desirable and closest neighborhoods to the exciting Brady District area of downtown....the happening place to be."
