What Locals Say about Tower Heights

  • Amy H. S.
"Cars speed through the neighborhood all the time. It’s not safe to walk around. No one keeps their dog on leashes either. "
  • I. M.Dissatisfied
"Absolutely none. This area has gone way downhill in the past ten years. Loud music every evening, neighbors letting their dogs run wild."
  • A. Hall
"Some residents let their dogs roam the neighborhood,or let them stay out all night barking. No back yards "
  • Joydavis2005
"Been here since 2010. Love it. It's quiet and well kept. Neighbors look out for one another. A great place to live."
  • Fumpierre86
"Your neighbor won't get bother easy, this is a flexible neighborhood with a mix of races and cultures."
  • Christy N.
"Although crime is quite low due to limited entry points to the neighborhood, the presence of rental properties and foreclosures is on the rise. The elementary school (Cooper) is great with engaged teachers and staff, but the middle school (Foster) and high school (East Central) are awful - students are behind on skills and test scores are abysmal. There is a small park with playground around the corner, but it is only accessible by car - no sidewalks or paths from the neighborhood. Eastgate Park (formerly Eastland Mall) is now an attractive business center, but the old Target shopping center is barren except for the Toys R Us. Active neighborhood association is a plus."
