    "nothing really to not like. there is a dog park close by. As long as every dog owner plays there part to make sure they clean after the dogs droppings, everything should be quite up to par. at the end of it all it's a good neighborhood for dog owners to feel quite good about walking there dog or dogs around the bath borough."

    "Most people have their own yards. So they have their own areas to walk their dogs. No one really has to worry about coming across dog poop on the sidewalks or anyone else’s property. There are no loose dogs running around either. Everyone pretty much has their pets under control."

    "This is the 2 Nd time I’ve lived here. For the most part it’s quiet, but lot rent is ridiculously high! Goes up at least $20/ yr and they don’t do anything for you! U mow, u shovel! Pay taxes, garbage, water & sewer too! Nice community but wouldn’t recommend esp. for elderly or people on a fixed income!"
