"It is a quaint rural area. Beautiful people and beautiful countryside. It is a quiet, safe community that still provides quick access to major roadways. "
  • Alison s.
"1) lots of very nice walking paths 2) neighbors clean up per waste most of the time 3) neighbors keep pets on leashes, pets are not running loose throughout the neighborhood "
  • Alison s.
"This is highly populated community in a rural settingw. It is about 6 minutes to the nearest grocery store and 35 minutes to the nearest mall. 50 minutes to the Philly airport when there is no traffic. "
  • Kat S.
"I have lived in Penn Township for about six years and have really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Our neighbors in the surrounding communities are friendly and there are lots of kids. The schools are top-notch and I know my kids are receiving an excellent education and will be well prepared for college. I love the fact that I am only a couple of miles from several grocery stores, a dozen or more quality restaurants, a pet supply retailer, several salons, and professional services including a great hospital. The traffic is light in most areas with the exception of rush hour and even then it's bearable and I usually don't wait more than 5 minutes in traffic in the congested areas. I only wish I had moved here sooner!"

"Kids and pets welcome to this charming countryside of Charlton Farms Development. Amazing sunrises and sunsets! Avon Grove School District. Living just north of route one avoids the increasing population of Landenberg, Lincoln University and West Grove, which are south of route one."
