"We have an active HOA that is engaged in township activities. Neighbors generally look out for each other and the neighborhood is safe with only one entrance and exit. We live on oversized lots so there’s plenty of privacy. "

"Lived here for 16 years; small neighborhood across the street from a large historic state park, easy access to West Chester and the western Philly suburbs, and the Main Line. Easy access to major highways, the Philly Airport, and both the Wilmington and Philly Amtrak Stations. Hugely convenient. "
