  • "I've lived in this community since 1978n and have always loved it. It's convenient to center city and to major arteries out of the city. It's well-served by public transportation, with quality restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Street parking is controlled by city-enforced permits, to guarantee residents a place to park. The nightlife is quiet -- no honky-tonk or loud music. Views of the city's famous skyline are steps from the front door. "
  • "This neighborhood is great! It is within walking distance to Center City and it has a great selection of bars and restaurants. It is family and pet friendly, but also great for singles. "
