What Locals Say about Hillwood Estates

  • Rachel R. A.
"i actually live in hillwood court townhomes and they’re great! i’m moving because i don’t think the quality is worth the price since they are cheaply made and you can hear neighbors and everything going on in the house. also with they made a pool for that price rather than only a courtyard. A dog park would be very helpful as well as we are moving since we don’t have a fence anywhere. "
  • "This area is one of the safest and most convenient in Nashville, near the best shopping in Davidson Country. The neighborhoods have lots of lovely old growth trees and rolling hills that are very private and quiet, but only a few minutes from commercial and medical centers, as well as several expressway exits. "
  • "Public transportation needs to improve drastically. Otherwise, this area is super. Restaurants are great and eclectic and the shopping area is right here. It is easy to drive anywhere in the Metro area from here. There isn't a lot of nightlife right here, but the easy access to downtown makes it terrific. The public schools in this zone are quite good for Nashville. There is little crime, and great walking or biking. It is pet-friendly except that pets cannot be out at night due to the coyotes. Other wildlife still makes its appearance, and the birds are wonderful and varied. Once the public transportation upgrades, this will be the best around!"
