What Locals Say about Parkview Hills

  • Trulia User
"I’ve lived in the neighborhood for 4 years now. I moved here from Louisiana. I’ve had no problems since I’ve been here. Nice neighbors, clean streets. Everyone keeps their yards up. Great area for kids. I love the middle and high schools. It’s just great!!"
  • Trulia User
"I drive 30 mins to work each day and depending on what time you leave you will hit 3 school zones on your way down Marine Creek. The drive has minimal traffic however if you work late at night be careful with people leaving the local watering hole and driving inappropriately. "
  • Dominic N.
"Very close to a well maintained park. Quiet at night. Close to a lot of schools. Somewhat secluded. Home prices are affordable. The neighborhood is developing."
  • Jacinta
"No special events are held in this neighborhood. People stick to themselves. It’s getting crowded and too many cars are now parking on the streets and clogging the driving space. It is safe and quiet neighborhood though. "
  • Elissia J.
"Quiet in my neighborhood, everyone to themselves and dogs get lost often. Don’t allow my children to play out."
  • Derek H.
"it's nice and quiet. nothing to crazy and people stay out of your business. clean and good looking houses no street lighting though "
  • "This area is pretty popular with it's location close to Eagle Mountain Lake, yet close to where it all happens in Ft Worth! Definitly a great place to live!"
  • "We just love this area. Other families in the area are also watching to make sure everyone's children are as safe as they can be. Schools are so close and have been great. Neighbors are friendly and have no problem getting involved when the need arises. Sadly, we are being transferred to another state due to a promotion. I will very much miss this area as I have come to truly enjoy and love it here. I am selling due to our transfer and anyone buying in this neighborhood will come to love it as I have. "

"Quiet neighborhood and we have an hoa and pretty clean and friendly neighbors. Close to the military base and we have a lot of military families living here. Plenty of schools and daycare's and low crime and libraries and restaurants close. You will have it all here. Upcoming community and the real estate in this area will rise this is the time to buy."

"Low crime, great public schools (we have been through elementary to High School), suburb area. However, it is a VERY Christian area, and as a Jewish family it did leave something lacking (Closest Synagogue is 20 minutes away). That being said, there is a Buddhist Temple in the community which is Internationally known, and so there are many Buddhist families here, as well as an amazing yearly Lao New Year celebration. The area is only slightly diverse for the LGBT community, but there are a few of us raising children here. Within 15 minutes of downtown Fort Worth, including shopping, malls, major hospitals, two universities, and cultural center. "
  • LeolaWhite14
"I live here. There is an Elementary a block away and it is a very safe place to live. "
  • "great location, 7 miles from downtown, super close to schools (elementary, middle, new high school, new technical high school, junior college, and a new publica library! It is quiet, safe, diverse, friendly, and yes the kids play outside. :-)"
