What Locals Say about Woodbranch

"We've lived in this neighborhood for 7 yrs and we love it. This is not the neighborhood for those that like cookie cutter style subdivisions with houses so close you can practically touch the next house from your window. Every house is unique, ranging from over $600k to as low as $75k, each with its' own unique style, whether it is awkward looking to traditional to beachy to contemporary or modern. "our neighborhood is spacious as everone has at least a half acre of land, most are 3/4 lots and plenty have 2 lots combined. it is the best neighborhood ever for bicycling and we have a creek that ryns through it"
  • Codersam
"I have lived in this area for 30 years and it DEFINATELY is not a poor area. There are sections in New Caney that are, however the Woodway Forest sub division is a great place to live. I have NEVER had any issues in this area and have NEVER been flooded. Just take a drive around the area and see for your self. You people shouldn't talk about what you don't know about! GIVE ME A BREAK!"
