"I have lived here for almost a year and wish I had visited the house in person before buying. neighborhood isn't great. I was in Alaska when I purchased. I have some nice neighbors but I also have a phyco one that screams at people and no one. "
  • Makayla P. S.
"Only been living here a few days and everyone seems friendly, it’s quiet except the occasional car blaring music driving by. Lots of different people walking their dogs or riding bikes."
  • Pepper N. R.
"its not a bad neighborhood and its pretty quiet at least when its not shift change at the shipyard. lots of people walking the neighborhood "
  • milespinstriping
"We've owned our home in this area for over five years and overall this has been a great area. People keep to themselves but are still friendly and quite a few people walk with their dogs and families. It's quiet at night and the large trees in the neighborhood make it seem like you're further out of the city. Grocery stores and shopping is in walking distance or only a short drive."
