Bethenny Frankel Snags Hamptons Home For $2.495M

It's the second Hamptons property for the Bravolebrity turned tycoon.

It’s safe to say that Bethenny Frankel has come a long way. The business tycoon known for her booming line of Skinnygirl Margaritas (and vodka, popcorn, etc) and role on The Real Housewives of New York City has just scored another property for her empire. Frankel just dropped $2.495 million on a stunning seven-bed, six-bath estate in the tony enclave of Bridgehampton, NY, and it’s her second luxurious pad in the Hamptons. (Don’t worry, RHONY fans: According to the New York Post, Bethenny fully intends to keep her longtime Hamptons home, and will use this new one as an investment property.)

Measuring 4239 square feet, Bethenny’s new traditional-style home is known as Morning Glory House. Built in 1910 on over half of an acre, the welcoming estate was formerly a bed and breakfast. Guests are welcomed by the wide wraparound porch in the front, which leads to a gracious formal entry hall featuring dark, hardwood floors illuminated by a large skylight, a hard-carved staircase, and board and batten details. In addition to the five bedrooms, the home also features an exercise room, which is perfect for a fitness fanatic like Frankel. Outside, a large Gunite swimming pool is surrounded by bluestone patios and a large, rolling lawn, which sounds perfect for filming an upcoming episode with her fellow Housewives.

Bethenny knows a thing or two about real estate, as any Real Housewives fan knows. In Manhattan, she purchased a sprawling SoHo home in 2014 for $4.2 million.  Back in 2011 when she was married to Jason Hoppy, Bethenny purchased a Tribeca home for just under $5 million, and went on to battle (and win) the property from Hoppy in a vicious real estate war.
