Harry Styles Lands An Apartment In A Star-Studded Manhattan Building

What better way to celebrate your first solo album than with an $8.7 million pad?

Heartthrob of a popular boy band? Check. House in Los Angeles, CA? Check. Successful debut of first single and solo album release? Check. As far as the trajectory of a boy band member turned solo artist goes, British musician and head turner Harry Styles appears to be doing things the right way. And now he has an $8.7 million Manhattan apartment to add to his list of accomplishments. Coincidentally, the New York, NY, apartment is located in the same building where Justin Timberlake reportedly bought a $27.5 million penthouse in March. Can we cross our fingers for a duet in the near future?

Harry’s new 2,868-square-foot apartment is located in a sophisticated, historic Tribeca building that’s been fully restored to its original 1882 architectural beauty while still adopting modern amenities. The three-bed, three-and-a-half-bath unit, which is composed of eight rooms, welcomes streaming light in from the windows. In the master suite, the bath rivals the size of most New York City apartments. The property comes with a ton of amazing amenities, including a 71-foot indoor pool, fitness center, children’s playroom, a 5,000-square-foot landscaped roof terrace, and a hamam — otherwise known as a Turkish bath. But don’t for a second think 1D superfans will have a chance to visit, however: Harry’s new building has a 24-hour doorman, 24-hour concierge, valet, and live-in residential manager.

Jennifer Lawrence, Blake Lively, and Ryan Reynolds are also rumored to be residents of this luxe Manhattan property. For Harry, this will be his first property that’s not on the West Coast: Last year, he sold his five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home in Beverly Hills, CA, in an off-market deal. Five months before that, he dropped $6.87 million on a three-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom home in West Hollywood, CA. But seeing as the One Direction boys have been known to spend $27,000 for a one-week rental of a luxurious Bel Air, CA, mansion, we’re guessing Harry isn’t exactly looking to save a buck.
