Luann de Lesseps Lists Her Sag Harbor Home For $6.25M

Chic, c'est la vie! The controversial countess is selling her Hamptons hideaway.

Luann de Lesseps doesn’t want you to “be all uncool.” And you can fix that buy buying her luxurious oceanfront home in Sag Harbor, New York! The Real Housewives of New York City star, often referred to as “The Countess,” just listed her four-bed, four-bath home in the ritzy vacation enclave for $6.25 million. de Lesseps purchased the property back in simpler times (translation: 2013) for $3.1 million, light years before her infamous arrest in Palm Beach.

Artfully renovated for casual sophistication, this historic home was originally built in 1835. Embracing 19th century Greek Revival style, the property has a prime location amidst a tranquil waterfront setting on Sag Harbor Cove. White, bright interiors allow plenty of natural light to stream in, while wide plank wood floors move throughout the home. A large, open-format professional kitchen has top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and wood block counters, as well as an open dining area that’s great for family get-togethers. (We’re guessing many eggs a la Française were cooked there!) A gracious living room has a cozy fireplace, and there are two others located throughout the home. French doors lead outside to a spacious deck and sweeping, grassy lawn that continues down to the water’s edge and private dock. There’s also a separate, fully winterized studio with a full bathroom, ideal for visiting guests… or that Real Housewives cast mate that insists on an extended visit.

Luann certainly isn’t the only Housewives cast member with exquisite taste in real estate. Her frenemy Bethenny Frankel is quite the real estate investor, and just last month listed her Hamptons investment property in Bridgehampton for a cool $2.995 million. As Luann would say, “C’est bon, C’est bon!”
