    "This is a nice quiet neighborhood with many long term neighbors and their children. The back deck and patio will give you plenty of privacy as the yard is fenced and contains many established bushes and gardens. House is on an emergency and bus route, this means that the street gets plowed quite often in the winter, no waiting for that 3" of snow before it can be done. The city and school bus stops are one door down. No making your kids stand out in the cold and rain. The roof was replaced about 4 years back, the bathroom redone 2 years ago and 200 amp with with a new electrical box installed last year. Most rooms were remodeled in the last 10 years and all main floor ceiling fans are Hunter. TV cable and phone lines are also available on the 2nd floor."
