What Locals Say about Firestone

  • Lindagailmoore
"It is a nice area to walk dogs, with a great open space park in the neighborhood where I live, as well as several trails running through town. Most of the parks have pickup bags. Most of the city trails get plowed in the winter when there is snow. It’s a god dog-friendly area."
  • Dianaandbruce
"Quiet, friendly and diverse neighborhood. People are welcoming. Many amenities are nearby; some within walking distance. "
  • Kyler Vandegrift
"My neighborhood is very friendly. All my neighbors are nice and there’s a relatively nice feel of community."
  • Ppurcell
"A small conservative town on the front range of Colorado. It’s a nice , safe clean community for now. Big city feel is creeping on our community but it still feels small and neighborly. Crime is coming up from the bigger city and we are seeing more as Colorado falls deeper in to the Liberal wasteland where crime is wildly out of control and the drug/ homeless epidemic grows every year. "
  • Paul L.
"I’ve lived here for 5 years and love it. Close to Denver, Ft Collins and Boulder yet still a small town. "
  • Michelerudnick16
"Everyone looks out for each other. Local police patrol the neighborhood. Everyone minds their own business"
  • Briannaomalley
"Close enough to bigger cities but far enough it still feels small and intimate. Grew up here and will continue to raise my children here. "
  • Briannaomalley
"There’s only one dog park, it’s well maintained but still more parks they could run around off leash without getting in trouble would be nice. There are lots of trails and sidewalks for great walks though! "
  • Arlene M.
"Not much, it reminds me of growing up in the1950’s. The homes and yards are well maintained, it’s quiet, children play together and all of the adults watch out for them. The crime rate is very low. Everyone is friendly and takes pride in their home and the neighborhood"
  • Jlynnramos
