Close to Queens with Long Island benefits, top-rated Floral Park Bellerose School, but NO FLORAL PARK TAXES! Most affordable LI community with wonderful benefits and fabulous neighbors! Lots of children, opportunity to become involved with the community, great parks, walkable and public transportation/easy access. It's a secluded nook with no major thru-traffic. Ton's of parking."
