"It is a nice neighborhood for pet owners. It is pretty safe and quiet. Also the neighbors are nice and friendly."
  • AMALIE BATCHELDER
"There are a lot of dogs in this area. Some people are very particular about dogs in public spaces. When walking my dog in public spaces I received negative comments about allowing my dog to go to the bathroom (even when picking up poops)"
  • AMALIE BATCHELDER
"There are a lot of parents in the neighborhood but access to the commuter rail station makes areas near downtown a little less safe due to the high traffic of people coming to and from the train "
  • Donna White
"I like watching the parades line up across from my building it’s nice to see alll the participants lined up "
  • Allost Ang

  • Donna White
"Easy about 15 minutes would be a little less if there weren’t so many red lights. There are way too many stop lights in Mansfield "
  • Tinaalbrecht
"My neighborhood isn’t too far from the train station. I don’t use public transportation though. Mansfield recently added a shuttle to Logan airport. I’ve yet to try that service however come summer I am going to take the train to Boston from Mansfield."

  • Corrigan_jenn
"Commuter rail is convenient, 55 mins door to door to get to Boston. The drive is awful during rush hour for sure, and hit or miss the rest of the time.driving across town is getting tough on 106 . "
  • Fran.524
"This neighborhood is kind and watches out for each other even thought we don’t speak all the time together "
  • Dhmedeiros14
"Major highways are just minutes away. Commuter rail station is also conveniently located on center of town. "
  • Dhmedeiros14

  • Kurtski25
"Great access to 495, 95, 24. Easy ride in any direction. Commuter rail in Mansfield makes it easy to Boston or providence. "
  • Trulia User
"Great community! Good schools. Grocery stores and some shopping. A few restaurants. Suburban area very close to major highways. There is a bike path and a pond to walk around."
  • Drasm
"It’s safe, has good schools, clean and family residential. Only drawback is lack of public transportation within the town. There’s one bus of limited stops and time schedule. Otherwise, if the weather is warm it’s nice to walk to stop and shop or CVS. Make sure to have your own car. Rent prices are high for such a town far from Boston, no roommate houses. "
  • Lbekampis
"There are many dog owners and we know most all of our neighborhood dogs by name! As long as you clean up after your dog and respect your neighbors’ lawns, dogs are very accepted and enjoyed. "
  • Lbekampis
"We love dogs and many neighbors have them, but make sure your dog is on a leash and do not forget to clean up messes. "
  • Corrigan_jenn
"Relatively easy trek from the east side to the west, and then a painless jaunt to the highway. Generally painful from there. "
  • Trinaholub
