    "I lived in this area for 15 plus years and loved it. You are bounded by the Foreset Preserves on the south and west side of this neighborhood. It is very safe with low traffic as there are no through streets. I loved to walk my two dogs in this neighborhood. It is a mixture of older retiress and new young families. The school is within walking distance in this neighborhood and has a highly rated mustic program. You are close to the shops and restaurants on Grand Avenue and within walking distance of the Metra train station. It is a peacful, lovely little neighborhood. "
