"It’s safe but like any neighborhood these days, keep your eye out. There are sketchy people in every neighborhood. Also, the school system is trash here so if you have middle school high school aged children look elsewhere."
  • Notmytownanymore
"Nothing much special. The town has changed since I was young. No one comes out to talk anymore. People moving in have escaped cities, but have not embraced small town living. Every house has floodlights to ward off strangers.."
  • Dineen C.
"best neighborhood I've been living here for 11 years, I moved from Revere bcuz I dont like the political mindset of some of the residents "
  • Ahtram72
"I grew up here as a child, moved away when I was 12, then recently moved back 3 years ago. Mixed neighbors, some friendly, some loud and not so friendly. Close to Boston and stores."
  • Kimbertocchi
"There are no community events. Saugus should focus on local events, instead of more housing and retail. "
  • John B.
"Can get anywhere from here Saugus has three exits off of Route 1107 Marie via even coming from and not sure are directly from the pike 90 E. out of the airport"

"I've lived in this neighborhood for 6 years and each year I see it becoming more and more family oriented. I have raised my four children here 2 that are now in high school who have gone through middle school and grade school in this town. And two that are now about to start school. we go to so many Town activities and my kids look forward to every event. they have amazing things for all ages and make every family feel like if they belong here. I feel extremely safe and happy in this community."
