    "We have neighborhood fish fry, chili cook off, weekly food trucks, Halloween hay ride. Great amenities with pool, pickleball court and beautiful park and fishing pond. Everyone is friendly and neighbors help each other out. "

Peace and quiet abounds, white-tail and axis deer are abundant, as are fox, raccoons, armadillo, o’possum, rabbits, ring-tail cats, many songbirds, coyotes and even mountain lions are seen occasionally."

    "I live here and go to SA or NW SA pretty often Traffic can be an issue but really,compared to???? No big deal. Tax rate and schools worth the drive. Not a lot of entertainment, but I love my home and yard and dining out isn't a big deal. Pretty perfect place for me!"
