  • Lauren
"My parents moved to Sugar Land when I was in the second grade, it was exactly Valentine's Day of '83 and I lived here until I moved out for college. I returned and moved to First Colony and now I have been looking in the area of Sugar Creek. Sugar Creek although an older neighborhood has always been extremely well kept. I drive by constantly telling myself that my next home will by here. Owners are always keeping up there yards, not just the required maintenance of keeping the grass cut and brush trimmed, but beautiful and lush landscaping surround so many homes in this area. Live Oaks, Magnolias and Crape Myrtles are just some of the beautiful trees that you see everywhere. Sugar Creek also has a well kept tennis courts, golf course and a beautiful and huge club house. Grocery store and pharmacy, gas stations, banks, restaurants, gyms and best of all the ease of access to Hwy 59, Hwy 90 (Main) and Hwy 6. Oh! before I forget, when driving thru Sugar Creek I almost always see city police patrol and there is also a 24/7 guard(s) at the main entrance. Buying a home here would indeed be an excellent investment and a true win."
