"Not much to say, small town vibe on the middle of large cities. Decent jobs just gotta look for em. Community comes together every now and then with events so that’s a plus. It’s a good place for sure just have to like small towns "
  • John Monroe

  • Sylvia Jackson
"Great place to raise your children. Don't really have to worry about them. The people are very nice to. My children live walking down to Central Park to meet there friends and play and I'm never scared about if they are ok or not. I want to continue to live in this area. We feel safe here."
  • Lorenda A.
"You see stray or dumped dogs frequently and people do not seem to teach their dogs basic ‘manners’. Dogs will come at you or your leashes dog aggressively and without being leashes themselves. Other dog owners will specifically use neighboring front lawns for their dogs’ business and with leashed dogs will allow the animal to be in control so there are many fight close calls and potential incidents invoking cars."
  • Spencer W.
"This neighborhood is no different than any other American neighborhood. The only unique thing about it is that it is by an air base, so on top of everything you constantly have to listen to jets which you think couldn’t possibly get any louder, and then you realize you’re wrong, over and over again. It literally sounds like they’re falling out of the sky sometimes."
  • Pinto E.
"There’s a lot of noise, lot of construction, kids yelling, dog fights, arguments, etc. Typically one wouldn’t walk around at night but the crime right isn’t AS bad as people think. Lot of drug addicts but that’s not unique in America"
  • Jaqua20012003
"Always keep an eye on your kids no matter where you live but this neighborhood looks out and is very quiet."
  • Debbieaguas
"I’ve lived here for almost 14 years. My dog walks and I roll around The neighborhood at all hours. Neighbors are nice friendly and watch out for each other."
  • Brendenw075
"Quiet Area Clean easy parking in front of buildings night security nice area to grow a family and socialize "
  • Lleito
"Small town easy access to 820 and I30. Planes are bothersome at times but nice to have all needed stores nearby."
  • Debbieaguas
"Easy. Short. Doesn’t take a long time. Sometimes traffic is bad on the freeway. Not too often though. Police presence is greatly appreciated and welcomed. "
  • Keeki43
"Everyone has dogs and cats and we love them, I think the reason we don't see a lot of people walking their dogs because we all have big back yards!"
