However, due to the placement of the staircase and the closet, the space is visually divided into two areas. This level works very well as a bedroom and a den/office. This level does not work for two people requiring privacy. There is also a large closet and two skylights on this upper level. Gas forced air heat; two window air conditioners included. Separate hot water heat, newer electric. Tenant pays for heat. There is a large landscaped yard between this coach house and the front building, including a plot to plant vegetables.
