Description

This property is not currently for sale or for rent on Trulia. The description and property data below may have been provided by a third party, the homeowner or public records.
This is an extraordinary, lovely, many-windowed, very very charming 2br/1ba apartment. It's perfectly located: across the street from Long Branch Creek on a quiet street with a beautiful park at the end. The apartment occupies the entire second floor of a 1920s era house (there are 3 units total, and the neighbors are friendly). The apartment feels like a treehouse, as there's greenery out every window. There's a light-filled living room, a separate dining/office space, and 2 sweet bedrooms. Hardwood floors, radiator heat, 2 window A/C units included with the unit, and ample closet space. Street parking is plentiful, and there's easy access to public transportation right on Carroll Ave. Rent is $1475/mo, which includes water, house gas (for winter heat), good wi-fi, and free shared laundry in the basement. Tenant pays electricity and cooking heat (about $20/month each in my experience; a bit more in the summer if you're running the A/C). Available June 1, with a 12 month lease. Dogs are considered (with additional deposit, but no extra monthly fee).

Water, building heat, trash/sewer, FIOS wi-fi, and shared laundry included.Tenant pays electricity and cooking gas.
