REVIEWS:

"79 Cochrane Ave. Apt #2 was a home to me for three years. During the lockdown in 2020, it was my whole world. But I never tired of being there - it's a wonderful place. Light streams through 14 windows on all four sides. In the winter, it feels like a Vermont chalet; you can see the sun set over the ridge on the west side of the Hudson. In spring when the leaves come back it feels like a treehouse. It's warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The great room faces south; the ceilings are more than 17 feet high. A 5'10" person can walk fully upright in the loft, which makes for a cozy guest space. One of the bedrooms is small, but large enough for two huge dressers and a queen-sized bed. The other bedroom is bigger, with a view of the playground directly next door. The floors date back to the first gilded age. The landlords are attentive and thoughtful and live right next door. It's just up the road from the village center, and is a brisk 7 minute walk from the train, which is in turn 47 minutes to Grand Central. It's about 5 minutes to the aqueduct trail, which runs from the Bronx up to the Croton reservoir. The schools are excellent and the neighborhood is beautiful.

It's rare that an apartment rental affords one an actual life experience, but 79 Cochrane certainly does. It's a joy to live in."

"I think of you guys regularly, and have a very special place in my heart for Little Pink. It was the perfect refuge for me at the perfect time in my life journey. I look back at my journal entries from the days and nights of Little Pink and I think, Wow! I was really inspired by the environment."

"Thank you so much for the positive experience. It's been great! I've gotten teary-eyed twice already just after each viewer has left...because I do really love it here and don't want to give it up. Be well and happy summer to both of you. "
