"I do work and live here and have since 2003. It is very quiet with lovely neighbors from all walks of life and ethnic cultures. The air port take some getting used to but I like watching the planes and rarely notice the noise. The military jets were a problem but the city asked them to stop and they did, It is a real plus to be 5 minutes from the airport and be able to walk to the bank, dentist, doctor, drug store, gas station - about the cheapest in town too - and a choice of two grocery stores. The garage is fitted with new glass and stainless steel doors on the front and back which add a 400 square foot area adjacent to the pool for fun afternoon parties."
