"I've lived in my neighborhood for 3 years and I love it Nevers are very kind and very never was very quiet explicit night. the schools are really close in the neighborhood so children don't have to walk far those parks in the area where you can play baseball and things of that nature summertime is this the amazing to see people walking all around the neighborhood walking their dogs like their children it's just a beautiful neighborhood I'd recommend this neighborhood anyone who can afford to live here it's not that expensive but you have to look very hard and look around."

"I have lived in the area for over 6 years and really like it. You are close to downtown but far enough away that it’s not super hard to find parking. Grocery store is close by and easy access to go to Eagle, freeway to get to nampa and meridian etc. "
