  • Robertbretzel
"Easy access to the 101, access to Larkspur ferry as well to get into city. I fly often so also take the Marin Airporter"
  • Taninb
"Lots of families and a real community feel. Close to freeway and stores, restaurants, cafes and great hiking."
  • Adarsh s.
"I liked this area as this is very much open and very near to SF but better lighting need to be done."
  • Mark
"Walking to Ring Mountain, lots of deer, lots of wild turkeys, very fun daily walks. Many dogs on daily walks."
  • Amy S.
"The schools are some of the best and the streets are safe. The neighbors are friendly. People care for their homes and they enjoy being part of a neighborhood. "
  • Lisa L.
"We are renting a house here on lagoon number two for the summer and love, love, love it! We hope to be able to buy a home here one day!"
  • Conwellcali2
"Its a great location. People are friendly. Its a small town near a big city with the best of both worlds. The climate is perfect with the redwoods as our back yard. "
  • Lisa L.
"The lagoon, the flats, friendliness of the neighbors. And the weather is perfect...and walking distance to everything. "
  • Jaclynblumberg
"This neighborhood is easy; low-maintenance neighbors, quick access to the highway yet a small & private community feeling about it, walking distance to the best park in southern Marin, not to mention the post office, top-rated public elementary school, cafes and more. It's central to most everything via car, foot or bike. The bike path is endless, providing a peaceful environment for stroller walks, a jog, or of course a bike ride. Nature is all around! Views of Mt. Tam, fire roads to hike, redwoods galore."
  • Dave E.
"Walk to the bus, ride your bike to the ferry to get to SF for work... but leave the cold, fog, traffic, crime there when you leave to go home. Great area for families, kids and couples wanting all Marin has to offer. Schools, parks and weekend life are awesome."
  • kenm
"I have lived and worked in this area for over 7 years. I love walking through my neighborhood, which "Christmas Tree Hill", and enjoying the beautiful eastern views to the San Francisco bay waters and East Bay communities, the northwestern view of the glorious Mt. Tamalpais, the tall pine trees, creeks, little and small homes tucked on on the hillsides, plenty of critters from spiders to squirrels to birds and turkeys to fox and raccoons to deer to nice human beings. I love the flat and hilly hiking and biking trails, parks, tennis courts and all within walking distance. Some of the best schools in the bay area are here from the public schools including Neil Cummins Elementary and Hall Middle to the private ones including Country Day School. The weather is great and we're only a 10 to 20 minute drive across the Golden Gate Bridge to San Francisco or the San Rafael/Richmond Bridge to Oakland, Berkeley area. For me it is a dream come true to live where I live."
