"It’s a great neighborhood to live in, it’s safe and there are a lot of great people living here. The only downside I’ve found is that it is next to the major roads (baseline, junction, pleasant grove Blvd)"

"I think the dogs have enough space to run and walk , the parks are very nice around here so they are very happy here and me too. Add a new dog park when they open the new home so they will have a park over there also. What we need is a gas station over here with the new homes coming up and a car wash will work also. What a good time that would be to have it here. Thank you very much for listening to me. "

"It’s not all that unique. It’s a nice community but everyone seems to stay to themselves. I’m not sure I want to stay here."

There are children riding around playing, people casualty strolling around or having a nice walks with their dogs. Very pleasant community."
