What Locals Say about Woodcreek Oaks

  • Trulia User
"Traffic has increased at least by 100% in the last 3 years. It’s at all times of the day. It’s as if no one works normal work hours. "
  • Trulia User
"nothing unique anymore. it used to be a nice neighborhood but thanks to the state of California, that's no longer the case. "
  • Carolina C.
"Very nice neighborhood love it and it’s safe and schools are good too, neighbors are kind and respectful "
  • Carlee D.
"Back in the 90s Roseville was a very small good ole boy area. They started building and by the early 2000’s build a shopping mall with more houses to follow (unfortunately). Along with the houses they also converted some apartments to low income and section 8 housing which brought a LOT of riff-raff to the area. It’s rapidly becoming an area we no longer want to live in and are planning on selling and getting out before it’s too late. Tons of Bay Area people have moved to the area and tons of people from all over and the traffic is horrendous we can barely stand it anymore. So sad. Roseville used to be a very nice area to live. "

"reasonable. I commuted to Midtown Sacramento in 45 min door to door. There are multiple routes that could be used when there were traffic snarls."
  • Dhdubey
"The parks are well maintained and very nice. The neighbors are friendly and the yards are well kept. "
  • "We've been a homeowner for 17 years in Woodcreek Oaks and 8 years 1 1/2 miles from here in our first home in the same area. The community has become very diverse in our 25 years here. There is plenty of shopping within a short driving distance, community pools are nearby as well as the soccer field, library, Galleria Mall, buses, trails, what more could a family ask for? Our youngest went to a private school up until 5th grade and then went to Silverado Middle and Woodcreek HIgh. Overall, her experiences at both schools were positive. There are many very good teachers at both schools. Roseville is one of the cleanest cities around with many restrictions which can be good for some and not so for others. Roseville used to be a good ole' boys type of town 25 years ago, but has since grown with the diverse population. We've had good years here, but it will soon be time to move on..,"

"Country Club Estates is a wonderful, friendly, safe, family neighborhood. I bought my home new in 1995 and love living here. Raised my family here too. Summers are hot, the rest of year is spectacular. All four seasons are delightful. Close to shopping, fine dining, schools, jobs, lakes, skiing and a lot more!"
