What Locals Say about Arcadia

  • Kyrahatz
"I dislike that other people don’t pick up after their dogs. As a dog owner I find it irresponsible to not pick up after your animal."
  • Kerns1912

"I have lived here for 8 years and have loved it! I have felt safe and neighbors are very friendly and are a close knit community who have live for decades in this neighborhood. I have to move because of a job transfer, otherwise I would live the rest of my life here!!"
  • Biji J.
"Very quiet tucked in residential neighborhood with an elementary school and a middle school, "
  • WMU C.
"When we first moved in here one year ago, the place was awesome to live, but as the changing of management we have had nothing but trouble. It is not safe to leave or enter the apartment after dark, because the local people like to "drift race" in the parking lot. Also the amount of partying and broken glass has me locking my doors at night. There is a security door, but it seems that everyone likes to prop it open or disable it, so there really isn't a point. When we have called the police on people they have informed me that at Hunters Ridge I can expect to be subject to: loud music, people trying to literally break my door down at two in the morning, assault, gay bashing, and illegal street racing. If that sounds like something you like, then by all means have a great year. I for one would like not to die."
