    "It is possible to live here for 20 years without meeting the neighbor in the house on the other side of the house next door. There are some pesky mostly inept young thieves down at the bottom of Highwood."

    "This area is really nice for families. Nearly a dozen police officers and their families live in a one mile radius. Very safe neighborhood right on the public transportation route. Close to nice shopping areas. Kids have 3 different public school district options, plus open enrollment options. Woodbury schools are excellent and quite close."

    "Walking trails connect Woodbury with downtown Saint Paul and beyond, cross country skiing, huge fenced off-leash dog park, and water park with pool, all within Battle Creek Regional Park, just across the street. Gas stations, convenience stores, coffee and other shops, and bus stops all within one block. The houses and townhomes are under valued for the convenience and amenities, making it a fantastic yet economical place to live."
