    "A great area to be - the best schools in the district, easy and quick access to downtown and the highways, and a hidden gem of a community. The walkability/bikability of Delmar is great - love watching our kids ride their bikes and/or walk to and from the elementary and middle schools. Great way to walk to the restaurants and shops around Four Corners without having to get in your car too!"
