    "We have lived in our home in this area for 10 years. We have owned previously in other area's for many years, and have found this area overall the best. Schools are terrific, area is very clean, very quite, and all amentities are within a 15 to 20 minute drive. 3 shopping malls less than 15 minute drive, grade middle and high schools are 10 minute drive or less, a multitude of various restaurants from 5 to 15 minute drive. Most important, land and school taxes are very low!!!!!"
