"Many houses are being refurbished. Those that live here seem to really care about their neighborhood .The area seems to be on the upswing. Good bang for your buck money wise. Easy to get downtown. One good bakery."
  • Ben G.
"I live here. I’ve met the neighbors. Everyone is nice and the place is trying to become nice again. "
  • "This area has wonderful accessibility to I-279, only 8-10 minutes from downtown, stadiums, Consul Center, Mcknight shopping, tons of restaurants, and about 1/2 mile to Park and Ride lot with access to HOV lane. Perryview Ave. is the last street within the city and many public service officers live on this street, very safe. It also has the warm, rich, neighborhood feel as everyone looks out for each other. Views are nice too. "
