  • Arijit S.
"Good area, like it here but very expensive area. Place is green, calm. Safe area with very high walking score. "
  • Raine L.
"The parks are near and many many other dog owners live here in the area. People are pet friendly too. More so than kid friendly haha"
  • Ally S.
"Short but congested, a lot of people are moving here so there is a lot more traffic than I’ve ever seen, and I grew up here! "
  • J
"New waterfront park is one of the nicest around. Walk to grocery and shopping. Nice parks for walks. Safer and more attractive than downtown seattle. "
  • Kris
"This neighborhood follows Bellevue mantra, "City in a park". Just about anywhere you, there are small nature paths, children's playgrounds, or big grassy areas. It's wonderful."
  • Eileenhaubeil12
"It is still very pretty- many trees & parks; lots to do -pools, tennis, bike path, trails, beaches; safe- nice sidewalks, well lit, friendly neighbors that have lived here a long time and look out for each other. Plus, it is so close to everything... freeways, shopping/Bellevue Square, restaurants, downtown Bellevue, and Downtown Seattle is just minutes away- without a toll!! It is "trulia" perfect neighborhood! haha"
