    "The area is a good place to raise kids. If you’re out away from town, no one bothers you. you do need to watch your children for snakes mostly black snakes are in the area. I haven’t seen anything dangerous and the time that we’ve lived here."

    "Close to all that you need and don’t need. Close to I-81. One main park (or 2) are very well kept and enjoyed by all. Safe, attractive, somewhat rural neighborhood. About 5 minutes or less from an elementary school, post office and corner grocery with short order meals and essentials. 5 or 6 minutes from the village of Gerrardstown."

    "Small town feel and country living with easy and close access to cities. D.C. bedroom community with Amtrak close for commutes. Historic and can get to skiing, arts, festivals, historic cites. Great schools and plenty to do with the ability to 'get away from it all' at the same time."
