UPDATE: Adam Levine Lists Recently Purchased Holmby Hills Estate for $18.9M

The Maroon 5 frontman is moving (like Jagger) out of the ritzy Los Angeles neighborhood.

Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo have just listed the five-bed, five-and-a-half-bath mansion in the famous Holmby Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles that they purchased in August of this year $18 million. Listed for $900,000 more than they bought it for just three months ago, the home is tucked behind wrought iron gates atop a long private driveway, the 9200-square-foot home is a French Regency architectural beauty designed by renowned architect Casper Ehmcke. Built in 1966, the sprawling home embraces the indoor/outdoor aesthetic of Southern California and highlights the beauty of the 1.2-acre lot, where lush green gardens roll along while overlooking the Century City skyline and Los Angeles Country Club.

Inside the home, a dramatic foyer and towering ceilings welcome guests. A spacious living room is the ideal spot to gather with family, while a breakfast solarium surrounded by walls of glass is the picture-perfect spot for entertaining. And here’s one unique detail: the home actually has two master bedrooms, each with break taking marble slated bathrooms. Outside, a sparkling swimming pool is surrounded by a deck and patio, as well as a cabana for when guests decide to pop over for a pool party. Oh, and in true Hollywood style, the home has a two-story guest house, three-car garage, and a motor court.

Back in the summer of 2016, Levine and Prinsloo listed their sprawling Beverly Hills estate for $17.5 million, but they have since taken it off the market. (This wasn’t Levine’s first time owning in the notoriously fancy Los Angeles community, by the way. Back in his single days, he had a $4.8 million Benedict Canyon bachelor pad.) This was also just a couple months after they put their SoHo loft on the market for a cool $5.5 million. Well, it’s pretty safe to say that the new and expecting parents won’t be in their Holmby Hills estate for even “One More Night.”
