Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler List Their Nashville Home For $7.9M

Here's your chance to snag a palace that belongs to reality TV royalty.

She may live deep in Tennessee, but Kristin Cavallari will always be known for her SoCal roots on shows like MTV’s Laguna Beach and The Hills. Now a mother of three and wife of former NFL player Jay Cutler, Cavallari and company are making moves. The couple just listed their sprawling seven-bed, 10-bath estate in Nashville for $7.9 million. They bought the home back in 2012 for $5.3 million, which means they’ll make a nice profit if it manages to sell at its asking price. Coincidentally, the duo also stars on a new E! reality series, Very Cavallari, which chronicles Kristin as she starts a fashion empire and Jay as he grumbles while watching his deer cam.

Built in 2007, the Mediterranean-style home is a 25-room estate measuring a whopping 19,983 square feet. Tucked away on over eight-and-a-half acres of rolling Tennessee greenery, a long driveway welcomes guests to an entry that exudes casual elegance. Towering ceilings cascade through the spacious, beautiful rooms, which feature multiple fireplaces and dignified, yet comfortable gathering areas. A chef’s kitchen with a large island and plenty of seating is furnished with top-of-the-line appliances, while an elegant dining room is just around the corner. A stately library/den is filled with floor-to-ceiling built-in bookshelves. The master suite, which is located on the first floor, is like a private getaway in your own home. Its spa-like master bath features his-and-hers sinks, a huge shower, and deep soaking tub. The fully-finished basement is the perfect spot for entertaining, complete with a wet bar, lounge area, and screening room. Guests will love to dine in the screened-in outdoor patio, or catch some sun in the flat, grassy backyard that’s great for kids.

Last year, Kristin and Jay listed their stately home in the Chicago-area town of Lake Forest for $4.75 million. Back in 2013, they snagged a pricey $10,000-a-month rental in the luxe suburb of Winnetka, IL — the same town where the statuesque mansion belonging to Macaulay Culkin’s Kevin McCallister in Home Alone is located. Honestly, we’re rooting for the couple to move back to California, if only so we could see the reaction on Lauren Conrad‘s face.
