"A small safe place to live in. No night life unfortunately but lots to do outdoors. Safe to raise your kids."
  • Brandilynnferebee
"Very dog friendly neighborhood. For leashed dogs only very quiet dog and family oriented. However lack of grass and hard water may cause a problem. The proper waste removal and filter water is the fix."
  • Jessicaskullblood
"Never keep secrets to your kids. Make sure to always be friendly and responsible no matter the cost and always care for your neighbors. Make sure to always keep things clean and neat so you are able to show off what you got and always include neighbors in get togethers such as BBQs and future cookouts"

"New here. Great town. Grew up in Chicago. Alamo is remote. Not for everyone but if you like killer views and access to nearly-untouched outdoor spaces you’ll make it work. We are 1.5 hrs from a flight to anywhere. Check it out. "

"Not much for teens to do. Not much shade in the parks that I’ve seen. People Come out and walk the neighborhood as a family. People are nice and friendly and welling to help you if you need. I live in a new construction neighborhood with new homes going up all the time. "
  • Jeremy D.

"living on walker you hear gun shots on a nightly basis and dogs run loose but mostly friendly and stick to there own so it's not a problem but people regularly speed where kids play which is concerning fights break out once every week with cops being called. It's not a good neighborhood for kids "
