"This neighborhood is very safe to walk alone day or night. Dog friendly. Walkable to safeway or to any stores. Beach access to the ocean beach. Land Ends for someone who loves to walk in a nature trail. Nearby the Legion of honor museum. Bus access. Near Golden Gate park"
  • Sofia.graham01
"it's a nice area with lots of nature but it's kinda far from a lot of things since it's outer Richmond."
  • Boneyardr
"It’s a wonderful area with magnificent natural beauty. My friends and I believe we are truly blessed to live here. "
  • Melonealex
"I’ve lived out here on almost 5 years now and love how quiet it is and how nice the folks are. This is really a great part of town and is very safe. The 38 is a straight shot downtown and the beach as well as the park are nearby. "
  • Melonealex
"The outer Richmond is a great part of town! It’s one of the quieter, safer, and more scenic parts of the city. Not only is the beach nearby, but Golden Gate Park and Land’s End are a short walk away as well. Let’s not also forget some incredible museums, golf if that’s your thing, tons of great restaurants, and friendly neighbors. People who live downtown are jealous of us and our more relaxed demeanor.
