    "I've lived here about 2 years. people are friendly. wish there was a community garden or dog park. only downside is the building is new structures. it demeans the classic vibe of the neighborhoods. not to mention the rent are not affordable to everyone. therefore pushing those who don't make over 45k.... not cool."
