What Locals Say about Central City-Liberty Wells

  • "Lots of biking and walking in this area - lots of food and shops to access and enjoy. Easy access to freeways."
  • "Short, easy, low stress, moderate traffic, easy access to freeways, roads are well maintained. Close to city center and to mountains. "
  • "I love living here. It’s perfect for me and my dog. We love our neighbors and our neighborhood. We won’t be leaving anytime soon. "
  • "My care gets broken into all the time. It’s probably all the foot traffic around. The down town area and state street. I do like the festivals around. It’s walking distance to city and county building "
  • "Very liberal area in Utah. We are in a great neighborhood with all of the great parts of living in a suburban neighborhood but close to downtown and a more urban feel. "
  • "I’ve lived here for three years and this is a hot neighborhood in transition! Mostly young professionals/families and elderly couples who have lived here 50+ years. Tons of nice shops and restaurants popping up at 9th and 4th within walking distance. One of the affordable areas of Salt Lake City that is still safe and getting nicer- definitely going to increase in value. Downside: not everybody takes care of their lawns or exterior of home, mostly because these are homes owned by the elderly who are likely not able to. Eclectic and fun neighborhood in transition!"
