"I LIVED IN THE AREA FOR 15 YEARS AND HAVE WORKED THERE FOR 20 YEARS. LOVELY AREA"
  • John T.
"I'm currently looking for a house in this area, it is half way between 95 and 66. Lots around the Independence Hill area can range from .5 acres to about 10 acres average. There are many schools in the area with bus service, and good recreational areas including the George Hellwig Memorial Park with baseball, basketball, soccer, football, dog trails, and hiking., also the Shenandoah Park and the Independent Hill Library all within minutes. Neighbors keep their streets clean, the only issue I see is limited public transportation if you don't own a car."
