"The neighborhood is not neighborly. The majority of people are transit workers that rent out houses that were converted into apartments. The only positive thing about living in the area easy access to highways and shopping centers etc. "

"I have lived in this neighborhood since 1979! Nice rural area yet a few minutes drive to town. We have great neighbors and beautiful landscapes. Deer, wild turkeys, foxes, coyotes, rabbits, cardinals, blue jays, robins, bluebirds, mourning doves, hawks, and more can be seen in our back yard. The neighborhood typically decorated for all major holidays. Summertime brings daily bonfires and picnicking! Most people have vegetable and flower gardens. It’s a wonderful place to live!"

"I wouldnt say unique I'd say neglected only in the lower class area. so many properties abandoned with over growth and people using as a dumping ground. its terrible how much we pay our taxes and yet they only maintain the more wealthy areas"
